Grilled Zucchini With Chili And Mint - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
    1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
    1 clove garlic, minced
    2 tbsp chopped fresh mint leaves
    1 None small red chili pepper, minced
    1 1/2 lb zucchini, sliced diagonally
Preparation
    Preheat grill. In a large bowl, whisk together olive oil, vinegar, garlic, mint and pepper. Season. Add zucchini and toss to coat. Grill for 4 mins, turning once.
