Zucchini, Tomato And Basil Pasta Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 None medium zucchini, halved lengthwise, sliced
    1 None large onion, chopped
    2 stalks celery, sliced
    1 lb cherry tomatoes, halved
    1/4 tsp chili flakes
    1/4 cup olive oil
    18 oz penne or other short pasta
    2-3 handfuls fresh basil leaves, torn
    1 oz pecorino cheese, grated
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 400\u00b0F.
    Toss zucchini, onion, celery, tomatoes and chili flakes with oil. Season. Transfer to a baking dish and roast for 10 mins.
    Meanwhile, cook penne in boiling salted water until al dente. Drain, reserving 1/4 cup cooking water. Add pasta and reserved water to vegetables along with basil. Toss to combine. Sprinkle with cheese and bake for 15-20 mins, until cheese is golden brown.
