Cream Of Mushroom Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    25 g butter
    100 g shiitake mushrooms, washed and sliced
    25 g plain flour
    250 ml vegetable stock
    250 g cream
    1/2 bunch chives, finely chopped
    None None red peppercorns, for garnish
Preparation
    Heat the butter in a saucepan and fry the mushrooms for about 5 minutes. Season with salt and pepper, dust with flour then add the stock and cream and bring to the boil.
    Simmer for about 10 minutes then add the chives, saving some for garnish and serve. Garnish with leftover chives and ground red peppercorns.
