Teriyaki Pork Skewers - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb pork tenderloin, sliced very thinly
4 tbsp teriyaki sauce
1/2 lb celery stalks, halved lengthwise to use as skewers
2/3 lb cherry tomatoes
Preparation

Mix sliced pork with teriyaki sauce and marinate for 15 mins then thread onto celery stalks along with tomatoes. Heat a griddle pan or frying pan until hot then add skewers. Cook, turning, for 5-6 mins. Serve.
