Light And Spicy Breaded Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    12 None chicken tenders (2 lbs)
    1/3 cup flour
    2 None egg whites, lightly beaten
    1/3 cup dried breadcrumbs
    1 1/4 cups corn flakes, crumbled
    2 tsp garlic salt
    1 tsp chicken seasoning
Preparation
    Toss chicken in flour, shaking off excess. Coat in egg whites, then in combined breadcrumbs, corn flakes, salt and seasoning. Cover; refrigerate for 10 mins.
    Preheat the oven to 425\u00b0F. Place chicken in single layer on foil-lined baking pan. Bake for 15 mins, or until cooked through.
