Hazelnut And Date Tart - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 cup butter, softened
    1/3 cup granulated sugar
    2 tbsp lemon zest
    2 None large eggs
    1 cup ground hazelnuts
    1 tbsp flour
    1 tsp ground cinnamon
    1 (8 inch) frozen tart shell, thawed
    2 oz pitted dates, halved lengthwise
    3/4 cup honey, warmed, to drizzle
    -1 None Sesame Cream
    1 1/4 cups heavy cream
    2 tbsp sugar
    2 tsp black sesame seeds
    1 tsp vanilla extract
    1 tsp sesame oil
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 400\u00b0F.
    In a stand mixer, beat butter, sugar and lemon zest until combined. Beat in eggs, 1 at a time. Stir in ground hazelnuts, flour and cinnamon. Transfer to tart shell and top with dates. Bake for 35 mins, or until firm. Brush hot tart with 1/2 the honey. Let cool in pan.
    Meanwhile, to make the sesame cream, whip cream and sugar to soft peaks. Fold in remaining ingredients.
    Serve tart drizzled with remaining honey and topped with sesame cream.
