Grilled Mushrooms With Scrambled Eggs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 medium portobello mushrooms, stems removed
    1 tbsp butter
    4 None eggs
    2 tbsp heavy cream
    1 tbsp chopped parsley
    1 tbsp chopped dill
    1 tbsp snipped chives
    2 tbsp shaved Parmesan cheese
    None None Toast, to serve
Preparation
    Preheat broiler on high. Line a baking pan with foil.
    Place mushrooms on prepared pan. Season to taste. Broil 4-5 mins, until tender and juicy.
    Meanwhile, melt butter in a medium skillet on medium heat. Whisk eggs and cream in medium bowl. Season. Cook 3-4 mins, stirring, until almost set.
    Spoon eggs onto mushrooms. Sprinkle with herbs and Parmesan cheese. Serve with toast.
