Sticky Barbecue Ribs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lbs pork baby back ribs
    1/4 cup barbecue sauce
    2 tbsp soy sauce
    2 tbsp tomato paste
    2 tbsp firmly packed brown sugar
    2 tbsp orange juice
    2 cloves garlic, crushed
    2 tsp grated ginger
    1 tsp smoked paprika
    1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
Preparation
    Cut between the bones of pork into 4 rib racks.
    Place the ribs in a large shallow dish. Combine all the remaining ingredients in a medium bowl.. Pour over the ribs, turning to coat. Cover with plastic wrap. Refrigerate for 3 hours or overnight.
    Preheat the grill to medium. Cook the ribs, covered, for 15-20 mins, turning occasionally, until cooked through.
