Salmon And Mixed Pea Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 tbsp olive oil
    1 1/3 lbs salmon fillets
    5 oz snow peas, trimmed and blanched
    5 oz sugar snap peas, trimmed and blanched
    1 cup frozen peas, blanched
    None None Chopped dill, to serve
    None None FOR THE CREAMY DILL DRESSING
    1/4 cup mayonnaise
    1 None lime, peel finely grated and lime juiced
    1 tbsp horseradish cream
    1 tbsp chopped dill
    2 cloves garlic, crushed
Preparation
    Heat oil in a large skillet on medium heat. Season salmon to taste. Cook 3-4 mins each side, until golden and cooked to desired doneness. Flake into large pieces.
    For the creamy dill dressing, combine all ingredients in a small bowl.
    Gently toss salmon and peas in a large bowl. Drizzle with dressing; toss gently. Serve sprinkled with dill.
