Cranberry And Honey Muesli Bars - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 tbsp (1 stick) butter, chopped
    1/3 cup firmly packed brown sugar
    2 tbsp honey
    1 1/2 cups rolled rice
    1/2 cup gluten-free self-rising flour
    1/3 cup dried cranberries, finely chopped
    1/3 cup finely chopped pitted dried dates
    1/3 cup golden raisins, chopped finely
    1/4 cup pumpkin seed kernels
    2 tbsp sesame seeds
Preparation
    Preheat the oven to 325\u00b0F. Grease an 11 x 7-inch baking pan. Line bottom and long sides with parchment paper, extending the paper 2 inches above the long sides for handles.
    Combine butter, sugar and honey in small saucepan. Stir on low heat until smooth.
    Combine remaining ingredients in large bowl; stir in butter mixture. Press mixture firmly into prepared pan.
    Bake about 35 mins or until golden brown. Cool in pan before cutting into bars.
