Spinach And Feta Braided Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/4 cups self-rising flour, sifted
    18 oz chopped frozen spinach, thawed, excess water squeezed out
    3 tsp fresh thyme leaves, chopped
    3 oz Parmesan cheese, freshly grated
    5.25 oz feta cheese, crumbled
    3/4 cup milk
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 400\u00b0F. Grease a large baking tray.
    Combine flour, spinach, thyme, Parmesan and 3.5 oz feta. Stir in enough milk to form a soft, sticky dough. Turn out onto a lightly floured surface. Shape into 3 - 12 inch long ropes. Braid ropes together, pinching ends to seal. Transfer to prepared tray and bake for 30 mins.
    Sprinkle top with remaining feta and bake for another 10 mins, or until bread is golden and sounds hollow when tapped on the bottom.
    Serve warm.
