Tangy Barbecue Sauce - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 cup ketchup
1/2 cup cider vinegar
2/3 cup firmly packed brown sugar
2 tbsp yellow mustard
1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce
1 None finely chopped small fresh red Thai (or serrano) chili
1 clove garlic, minced
1 tbsp lemon juice
Preparation

Combine all ingredients in a medium saucepan. Bring just to a boil, stirring. Reduce heat and simmer for 20 mins, stirring occasionally. Season to taste.
