Crispy Chicken Legs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 tbsp olive oil
    1 tbsp honey
    1 tsp curry powder
    1 tsp paprika
    8 None chicken legs
    None None parchment paper and string, optional
    None None lemon wedges, to serve
Preparation
    Preheat the oven to 400\u00b0F. Mix together the oil, honey, curry powder, and paprika with a pinch of salt and pepper. Rub into the chicken skin. Transfer the chicken to a baking tray and roast for 40-45 mins until cooked through. Wrap the end of each chicken leg with parchment paper and secure with string (if using). Serve with the lemon wedges.
