Berry And Coconut Bars - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2/3 cup brown sugar
    1 tsp vanilla extract
    2 None eggs
    2 1/4 cups self-rising flour
    1 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
    3/4 cup sour cream
    2 tbsp milk
    1/3 lb blueberries
    1/4 lb raspberries
    1/4 lb strawberries, hulled and chopped
    1/3 cup desiccated coconut
    None None powdered sugar, for dusting
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0F. Grease and line a 7 x 11 inch baking pan with parchment paper. Cream butter, sugar and vanilla. Add eggs, 1 at a time, beating well after each addition. Sift flour and 1 tsp cinnamon together then fold in, alternating with sour cream and milk. Fold in berries. Transfer to prepared pan and sprinkle with coconut. Bake for 45-50 mins or until a skewer comes out clean. Cool in pan for 5 mins then remove and let cool completely on a wire rack. Dust with powdered sugar and remaining cinnamon then cut into squares.
