Gourmet Shrimp Sandwich - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 slices sourdough bread
    1/4 cup aioli
    2 None tomatoes, sliced
    1 None avocado, sliced
    1 2/3 lbs cooked medium shrimp
    4 strips bacon, cooked
    4 leaves butter lettuce, washed
    None None Potato chips, to serve
Preparation
    Spread sourdough with aioli. Top 4 slices with tomatoes, avocado, shrimp, bacon and lettuce. Season to taste.
    Top with remaining bread slices, cut sandwiches in half and serve with potato chips, if desired.
