Gorgonzola Fritters - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 cup ricotta cheese
7 oz Gorgonzola cheese, chopped
2 None eggs, lightly beaten
1/2 cup flour
None None Vegetable oil, for deep-frying
3/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Preparation

Combine ricotta, Gorgonzola and eggs in a medium bowl. Whisk in flour; let stand for 1 hour.
Heat oil in a large saucepan on medium heat. Deep-fry heaping teaspoons of cheese mixture, turning occasionally, until fritters are browned lightly all over and cooked through (do not have oil too hot or fritters will over-brown before cooking through).
Place Parmesan cheese in a bowl. Add hot fritters, in batches; toss to coat.
