Egg Custards - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 sheets pie dough, thawed
    3 None eggs
    1/3 cup granulated sugar
    1/2 cup 2% milk
    5 drops yellow food coloring (optional)
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 325\u00b0F. Lightly grease 2 - 12-cup shallow muffin pans. Cut out 24 - 2 1/4 inch discs from pie dough then use to line muffin pans. Whisk eggs and sugar until pale and creamy. Add milk and food coloring (if using) and mix until combined. Transfer to prepared tart shells and bake for 30-35 mins, until golden and set. Cool in pan for 5 mins then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely. Serve warm or cold.
