Spicy Zucchini Pasta With Lemon - cooking recipe

15 oz spaghetti
2 tbsp olive oil
1 None onion, chopped
1 clove garlic, crushed
1/2 tsp chili flakes
2 None zucchinis, grated
1 None lemon, zested and juiced
1 oz fresh flat-leaf parsley, chopped
None None Parmesan, grated, to serve
Preparation

Cook spaghetti according to package instructions.
Meanwhile, for the sauce, heat oil in a saucepan over medium. Saute onion, garlic and chili flakes for 5 mins or until onion is tender. Stir in zucchini, zest, lemon juice and parsley and cook tor 2 mins. Season to taste. Toss with pasta until combined. Serve topped with grated Parmesan.
