Ham And Apple Soup With Sour Cream - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 kg cabbage, cut into strips
    500 g carrots, peeled and sliced
    2 None onions, peeled and finely chopped
    2 tbsp butter
    1.75 litres vegetable stock
    1 pinch dried marjoram
    2 None apples, thinly sliced
    250 g cooked ham, cut into small pieces
    200 g sour cream
    3 tbsp mustard
Preparation
    Melt the butter in a saucepan and saute the onion until soft. Add the cabbage and carrots and saute them briefly. Pour in the stock, bring to a boil and simmer for about 20 mins. Add the marjoram and season to taste. Add the apple slices and ham in the last 5 mins. Mix the sour cream and mustard together and drizzle it over the soup.
