Strawberry "Cappuccinos" - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/4 lb strawberries
    2 tbsp granulated sugar
    1 tbsp lemon juice
    1/2 cup 2% or whole milk
Preparation
    Puree strawberries, sugar and lemon juice, strain and chill for 30 mins.
    To serve, use a milk frother to froth milk until foamy. Pour strawberry puree into 4 serving glasses and top with milk foam.
