Ricotta, Squash And Pepper Pizza - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    12 oz pumpkin or butternut squash, peeled, de-seeded and sliced
    1 tbsp olive oil
    1 None large store bought pizza crust
    1/2 cup ricotta
    1 clove garlic, peeled and crushed
    4 slices prosciutto, halved
    1 None red pepper, roasted, peeled, deseeded and sliced
    .75 oz Parmesan, shaved
    2 tbsp fresh basil, to garnish
    None None Salad, to serve
Preparation
    Preheat the oven to 425\u00b0F. Toss the squash with the oil in a baking dish. Season to taste. Bake for 25-30 mins. Cool.
    Place the pizza crust on a baking sheet. Spread with the ricotta and garlic, then top with the roasted squash, prosciutto, pepper and Parmesan. Bake for 10-15 mins. Top with basil and serve with salad.
