Spinach Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    28 oz spinach, washed, stalks removed
    3 None blood oranges, peeled, sliced
    1/2 None small red onion, sliced very finely
    6 None fresh dates, pitted, quartered
    7 oz feta cheese, crumbled
    1/2 cup pine nuts, toasted
    1 tsp sumac
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients in a large serving bowl and toss to combine. Season.
