Teriyaki Chicken - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8 None chicken drumsticks
1/3 cup soy sauce
1/3 cup honey
1 1/2 tbsp sherry
1 clove garlic, crushed
1 tsp grated fresh ginger
6 None green onions, cut into thirds
None None FOR THE SESAME RICE
2 cups hot cooked rice
2 tbsp sesame seeds, toasted
1 tbsp peanut oil
1 tbsp lime juice
1 None lime, peel finely grated
Preparation

Preheat the oven to 400\u00b0F. Line a baking pan with foil.
Arrange chicken on prepared pan. Combine soy sauce, honey, sherry, garlic and ginger in small bowl. Pour half over chicken, turning to coat. Reserve remaining sauce for serving.
Bake for 25 mins. Add green onion to pan. Bake for a further 10-15 mins until chicken is cooked through.
For the sesame rice, lightly combine all ingredients in a large bowl. Serve chicken with sesame rice and reserved sauce.
