Heart-Shaped Rolls - cooking recipe

8 None unbaked dinner rolls, defrosted
1 None egg yolk
1 tsp whole milk
5 tbsp sunflower seeds
3 tbsp pistachios, chopped
None None Butter and jam, to serve
Preparation

Preheat the oven to 400\u00b0F. Grease 8 small heart-shaped ramekins. Shape the dough into 8 heart shapes and press into the ramekins. Bake for 10 mins.
Mix the egg yolk and milk then brush over the hot rolls. Sprinkle with the sunflower seeds and pistachios. Return to the oven for 5-10 mins, or until a skewer comes out clean. Serve warm or cold with butter and jam.
