Prawn Toast - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    7 oz raw prawns, peeled
    1 slice bacon, roughly chopped
    1 None shallot, chopped
    1 tbsp fresh cilantro, chopped
    1 tsp fresh ginger, grated
    1 clove garlic, minced
    6 slices whole wheat bread, crust removed, quartered
    1/4 cup sesame seeds
    None None vegetable oil, for frying
Preparation
    In a food processor, combine prawns, bacon, shallot, cilantro, ginger and garlic. Process until finely chopped. Spread evenly onto 1 side of each piece of bread. Coat prawn mixture in sesame seeds.
    Heat oil in a wok over medium heat. Working in batches, place bread, prawn-side down, in oil. Cook for about 30 seconds per side, until golden. Drain on paper towels.
