Creamy Mashed Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 1/3 lbs floury potatoes, peeled and roughly chopped
    1 1/4 cup milk
    4 tbsp butter
    Pinch None grated nutmeg
Preparation
    Cook the potatoes in boiling, salted water for 15-20 mins until tender. Heat the milk and butter in a separate pan. Drain the potatoes then mash with the milk mixture and nutmeg then season. Serve.
