Salt And Pepper Squid Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/4 lb squid, cleaned, scored, cut into large pieces
    1/4 cup all-purpose flour
    1 None fresh long red chili, finely chopped
    1 tsp sea salt flakes
    1/2 tsp cracked black pepper
    None None vegetable oil, for deep-frying
    2 oz mixed greens
    1 None red pepper, deseeded, thinly sliced
    1 None small cucumber, thinly sliced
    1/2 cup fresh cilantro leaves
    2 tsp olive oil
    1 None lemon, cut into wedges
Preparation
    Combine flour, chili, salt and pepper. Add squid and toss to coat, shaking off excess.
    Heat vegetable oil in a wok over medium-high heat. Working in batches, deep-fry squid until tender. Drain.
    Combine mixed greens, pepper, cucumber, cilantro and olive oil in a large bowl and toss to combine. Top with warm squid and serve with lemon wedges.
