Spicy Beef Salad With Cilnatro And Lime - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 tbsp oil
    1 1/2 lbs sirloin steak
    1/4 cup lime juice
    1 tbsp fish sauce
    1 None small Thai red chili pepper, thinly sliced
    1 clove garlic, crushed
    1 tbsp finely chopped fresh coriander root
    1 tbsp sugar
    1 tbsp peanut oil
    4 oz Aisan greens
    1 oz fresh cilantro leaves
    1 oz fresh mint leaves
    4 None Thai red shallots or golden shallots, thinly sliced
    1/2 lb cherry tomatoes, halved
Preparation
    Heat oil in a frying pan. Cook steak until medium-rare or, or to your liking. Remove from pan, cover and let rest 5 mins. Slice.
    Meanwhile, for the dressing, place lime juice, fish sauce, chili pepper, garlic, coriander root, sugar and peanut oil in a screw-topped jar and shake well.
    To assemble, combine the greens, herbs, shallots, tomatoes and 2/3 of dressing in a large bowl. Toss gently. Divide between serving bowls, top with the warm beef and drizzle with remaining dressing to serve.
