Easy Pastitsio - cooking recipe

8.75 oz penne
1 tbsp vegetable or olive oil
1 None medium onion, finely chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 lb ground lamb
2 tbsp onion and mushroom gravy mix
2 cups tomato sauce
1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
2 None eggs, lightly beaten
1.5 oz four cheese sauce mix, prepared according to package instructions
1/3 cup Parmesan cheese, grated

Preheat oven to 400\u00b0F. Grease a large baking dish. Cook pasta in boiling salted water for 10-12 mins, or until tender. Drain.
Meanwhile, heat oil in large frying pan over high heat. Add onion and garlic. Saute for 5 mins, or until soft. Add ground lamb and cook, stirring with a wooden spoon to break up lumps, for 5 mins, or until browned. Add gravy mix, tomato sauce and cinnamon. Cook for 4-5 mins, or until sauce boils and thickens. Add pasta and toss to combine. Transfer to prepared pan.
Whisk together eggs and cheese sauce then pour over pasta. Sprinkle with Parmesan. Bake for 25-30 mins, until golden and bubbly. Let cool for 10 mins before serving.
