Ingredients

1/2 cup flour
1/2 tsp salt
2 tsp active dry yeast
1/2 cup olive oil
2 cloves garlic, thinly sliced
3/4 cup grated mozzarella cheese
4 oz feta cheese, crumbled
2 tbsp small fresh oregano leaves

Mix flour and salt in a large bowl; make a well in the center. Stir yeast into 1/2 cup lukewarm water in small bowl. Stir in 1/4 cup of the oil. Pour yeast mixture into flour; stir to make a firm dough.
Knead dough on a lightly floured surface for 5 mins or until smooth. Place in a clean, lightly oiled large bowl; cover with plastic wrap. Fill a kitchen sink half full with warm tap water. Place bowl in water. Let stand for 30 mins or until dough doubles in size.
Preheat the oven to 425\u00b0F. Combine remaining 1/4 cup oil and garlic in a small bowl. Punch down dough. Roll out on a lightly floured surface to a 12 inch round (to fit on a pizza pan). Place dough on oiled pizza pan. Brush dough with some of the garlic oil. Top with cheeses.
Bake for 12-15 mins or until crust is crisp and golden. Drizzle with remaining garlic oil. Sprinkle with oregano.
