Grilled Red Potatoes With Chives - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb medium red potatoes
    6 tbsp softened butter
    1 tbsp minced fresh thyme
    1 tbsp minced fresh chives
    2 tsp fresh lemon juice
Preparation
    Preheat grill. Microwave potatoes on HIGH for 10 mins, turning occasionally.
    Meanwhile, combine butter, herbs and lemon juice. Season. Slice potatoes 1/4 inch thick then brush both sides with butter mixture. Grill for 5-6 mins, turning once, or until golden brown and cooked through.
