Ingredients

1/2 None lemon, juiced
2 tbsp chives, finely chopped
2/3 cup buttermilk
1 tbsp sun-dried tomato paste
1/2 stalk celery, roughly chopped
1 None tomato, skin removed and roughly chopped
2-3 drops hot sauce
Preparation

Brush rim of a tumbler glass with lemon juice then dip into chives. Place remaining chives in a blender with buttermilk, tomato paste, celery and tomato. Blend until smooth. Add hot sauce to taste and season with salt. Fill 1/2 the glass with ice cubes and pour milkshake over top.
