Angel Hair Pasta With Smoked Salmon And Asparagus - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    14 oz angel hair pasta
    1/4 cup olive oil
    8 oz asparagus, trimmed, chopped coarsely
    5 oz smoked salmon, sliced thinly
    2 tbsp rinsed, drained baby capers
    3 tbsp finely chopped fresh chives
    2 cups arugula
    1 None lemon, cut into wedges
Preparation
    Cook pasta in large saucepan of boiling water until tender then drain. Return pasta to pan.
    Meanwhile, heat oil in small frying pan and cook asparagus, stirring, until tender.
    Add asparagus, salmon, capers, chives and arugula to pasta and toss to combine. Serve pasta with lemon wedges.
