Hot Strawberry Soufflés - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5.25 oz frozen strawberries, thawed
    1/3 cup sugar
    2 tsp Kirsch, Cointreau, or brandy
    1/2 None orange, juiced
    4 None egg whites
    None None powdered sugar, sifted, for dusting
    None None heavy cream, to serve (optional)
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 425\u00b0F. Grease four 5.5 oz souffle dishes.
    Combine strawberries with sugar, liqueur and orange juice. Crush lightly. Set aside. Whip egg whites to firm peaks. Fold into strawberry mixture. Transfer to prepared dishes and level tops.
    Place in oven and immediately reduce oven to 375\u00b0F. Bake for 10 mins, until risen. Dust with powdered sugar and place on heated plates. Serve with a little cream, if desired.
