Mini Pita Pizzas With Mozzarella, Prosciutto And Arugula - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/3 cup olive oil
    None Pinch salt
    2 cloves garlic, peeled and minced
    6 None pita bread pockets
    2 cup pizza sauce
    1 lb mozzarella, shredded
    9 slices prosciutto, halved
    2 cups baby arugula
Preparation
    Preheat the oven to 475\u00b0F. Combine olive oil, salt and garlic in bowl.
    Place the pita breads on baking sheets and top them with pizza sauce. Divide the cheese evenly among the pizzas and drizzle them with garlic oil. Bake them for 7 mins, or until cheese is golden and bubbling.
    Top the hot pizzas with prosciutto and arugula leaves and serve immediately.
