Apple Cake Bars With Cinnamon Yogurt Topping - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 cup butter
    1/4 cup brown sugar + 2 tbsp
    2 None medium green apples, peeled, cored, halved lengthwise, thinly sliced
    1 x 15 oz package vanilla cake mix
    1/2 cup dried shredded coconut
    1/2 cup vegetable oil
    1 None large egg, lightly whisked
    6 oz plain Greek yogurt
    1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 425\u00b0F. Grease and line base and sides of an 8x12 inch jelly roll pan with parchment paper, extending paper at long sides for handles.
    Melt butter in a medium saucepan over moderate heat. Add 1/4 cup sugar and apple and cook, stirring, for 8-10 minutes or until apple is soft. Remove pan from heat.
    Combine cake mix, coconut, oil and egg in a medium bowl. Spread cake mixture over base of prepared pan; level. Bake for 5 minutes (base won't be completely cooked). Spoon apple mixture evenly over base in pan. Bake for 5 minutes more or until golden and cooked. Cool completely in pan.
    Transfer to a cutting board and cut into 24 pieces. Whisk yogurt, 2 tbsp brown sugar and cinnamon in a small bowl. Serve pieces topped with cinnamon yogurt.
