Chicken Tacos - cooking recipe
Ingredients

10.5 oz chicken breast, thinly sliced
1 tbsp olive oil
1/4 tsp chili powder
1 (15 oz) can kidney beans
2 None tomatoes, chopped
1 None Thai chili, finely chopped
2 tsp ground coriander
8 None taco shells, warmed
None None grated cheese, lettuce and avocado, to serve
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0F. Line a baking tray with parchment paper.
Arrange chicken on prepared tray. Brush with olive oil and sprinkle with chili powder. Bake for 8-10 mins, until cooked through. Cover with foil to keep warm.
Meanwhile, in a saucepan, combine kidney beans, tomatoes, chili and coriander. Simmer for 5 mins. Season to taste.
To serve, distribute bean mixture between taco shells. Fill with chicken, cheese, lettuce and avocado. Serve.
