Lamb And Vegetable Meatloaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb ground lamb
    1 None onion, finely chopped
    1 medium zucchini, grated
    1/3 cup fruit chutney
    1 None egg, lightly beaten
    1 medium carrot, grated
    2 tbsp chopped parsley
    None None Green beans, to serve
    None None Arugula leaves, to serve
Preparation
    Preheat the oven to 350\u00b0F. Mix all ingredients in a large bowl until well blended. Season to taste. Press gently into an 8 x 4 inch loaf pan.
    Bake for 50-60 mins, or until cooked through (juices will run clear when tested with a skewer).
    Drain off any fat from meatloaf. Serve sliced with green beans and arugula.
