Berry Frozen Yogurt - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 None egg white
    2 tbsp sugar
    2 cups vanilla yogurt
    1 cup strawberries, hulled and finely chopped
    1/2 cup raspberries, finely chopped
    1/2 cup blueberries, finely chopped
    None None Additional berries, to serve
Preparation
    Beat egg white in a small bowl with an electric mixer until soft peaks form. Gradually add sugar, beating until thick, glossy and sugar has dissolved.
    Mix yogurt and berries in a large bowl. Fold in egg white mixture. Freeze for 2 hours or until almost set.
    Meanwhile, lightly grease an 8 x 4 inch loaf pan. Line bottom and sides with plastic wrap.
    Break up frozen berry mixture with a spoon. Beat until smooth with an electric mixer. Spoon mixture into prepared pan. Cover and freeze overnight until firm.
    Serve in slices, topped with additional berries.
