Sea Bream With Kohlrabi, Watercress And Walnut Salad With Buttermilk Dressing - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    14 oz kohlrabi, trimmed, cut into matchsticks
    6 oz fresh watercress, trimmed
    1/3 cup coarsely chopped toasted walnuts
    2 None spring onions, sliced thinly
    8 (5 oz) sea bream fillets
    2 tbsp olive oil
    -1 None Buttermilk Dressing
    1 tbsp Dijon mustard
    1 tbsp rice wine vinegar
    1/4 cup olive oil
    1/3 cup buttermilk
    3 tbsp fresh dill sprigs
Preparation
    In a large bowl, combine kohlrabi, watercress, walnuts and onions. Set aside.
    Season fish. Heat oil in a large frying pan over high heat. Working in batches, cook fish for 1 min per side, or until just cooked through. Set aside and cover to keep warm.
    Whisk together all ingredients for buttermilk dressing and season to taste. Drizzle over salad and toss to combine.
    Serve fish with kohlrabi salad.
