Mashed Potatoes With Feta And Black Olives - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lbs potatoes, peeled and chopped
    1 tbsp olive oil, plus additional, for drizzling
    2/3 cup buttermilk, warmed
    6 oz feta cheese, finely chopped
    1/3 cup pitted black olives, thinly sliced
Preparation
    Boil, steam or microwave potatoes until tender. Drain.
    Mash potato in a large bowl with olive oil until smooth. Stir in buttermilk, feta and olives. Season to taste. Drizzle with olive oil.
