Clown Cupcakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 cups flour
    2 tsp baking powder
    1/2 tsp baking soda
    2 None eggs
    3/4 cup granulated sugar
    2 tsp vanilla extract
    1/2 cup olive oil
    1 cup sour cream
    1 1/4 cups powdered sugar
    2 tbsp lemon juice
    1-2 tbsp milk
    None None Red food coloring
    None None M&M's, to decorate
    None None Chocolate decorating icing, to decorate
Preparation
    Preheat the oven to 325\u00b0F. Line a 12-cup muffin pan with paper liners. Mix flour, baking powder and baking soda in a large bowl. Beat eggs in a medium bowl. Stir in granulated sugar, vanilla extract, oil and sour cream. Add to the flour mixture and stir until well mixed. Divide among the muffin cups.
    Bake for 20-25 mins, until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean. Cool in pan 5 minutes. Remove from pan; cool completely on wire rack.
    For the frosting, mix powdered sugar and lemon juice until well blended. Stir in milk to desired spreading consistency. Remove 2 tbsp of the frosting and tint red with food coloring. Cover with plastic wrap. Spread the white frosting on the cupcakes. Decorate with M&M's for the nose. Let stand to allow frosting to dry.
    Use the decorating icing to draw eyes and smiley mouths. Spoon the red frosting into a piping bag fitted with a small plain tip. Pipe cheeks and hair on the clown faces. Let stand to allow frosting to dry.
