Salami, Sage And Parmesan Pasta - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg (16 oz) vermicelli pasta
    1/3 cup shaved Parmesan cheese, plus additional, to serve
    3 tbsp butter, chopped
    8 oz cherry tomatoes, halved
    4 oz salami, chopped
    1/3 cup pitted kalamata olives
    2 tbsp chopped fresh sage leaves
    1 clove garlic, crushed
    None None Crusty bread, to serve
Preparation
    Cook pasta in a large saucepan of boiling, salted water according to package directions. Drain and return to pan.
    Add Parmesan cheese and butter to pasta; toss until melted. Add remaining ingredients and toss. Sprinkle with additional Parmesan cheese and serve with crusty bread.
