Ham And Fava Bean Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    400 g frozen broad beans
    100 g sun-dried tomatoes in oil, drained and cut into pieces
    4 slices cooked ham, cut into strips
    1 bunch coriander, finely chopped
    1 None lemon, juiced
    1/2 tsp harissa
    1 splash olive oil
    80 g small black olives with stone
Preparation
    For the vinaigrette: Mix the lemon juice, chopped cilantro and chili paste and season to taste. Pour in 6 tbsp of oil (a mixture of the tomato and olive oils) and mix well.
    Mix the broad beans, olives, ham and tomatoes with the vinaigrette in a bowl. Garnish with cilantro leaves and serve immediately.
