Easy Lemon Coconut Tart - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 2/3 cups milk
    1 cup sugar
    1 cup flaked coconut
    4 None eggs, beaten
    8 tbsp (1 stick) butter, melted
    1/2 cup flour
    2 None lemons, juiced
    1 tbsp grated lemon peel
    None None Whipped cream or ice cream, to serve
Preparation
    Preheat the oven to 350\u00b0F. Lightly grease a 9-inch deep-dish pie plate.
    Whisk all ingredients in large bowl until smooth. Pour into prepared pie plate.
    Bake for 40-45 mins, until set and lightly golden. Cool slightly. Dust with powdered sugar. Serve warm or cold, with whipped cream or ice cream.
