Ground Meat Sauce - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 None Spanish onion, finely chopped
1 1/4 lb ground beef
2/3 cup tomato paste
1 (28 oz) can chopped tomatoes
Preparation

Oil a large saucepan and place over medium heat. Cook onion, stirring, until softened. Add beef and cook, stirring, until browned. Add tomato paste and tomatoes. Bring to a boil then reduce heat and simmer, uncovered, stirring occasionally, for about 20 mins, or until thick. Season to taste. Serve.
