Thai Grilled Chicken With Pineapple - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/3 lbs boneless skinless chicken thighs
    1/2 None pineapple, peeled, cored and coarsely chopped
    1/2 cup loosely packed fresh mint leaves, torn
    1 None red chili pepper, thinly sliced
    2 tbsp lime juice
    2 tbsp fish sauce
Preparation
    Heat a grill pan on high heat or preheat the grill to medium-high. Grill chicken until browned and cooked through.
    Combine pineapple, mint, chili pepper, lime juice and fish sauce in medium bowl; season to taste. Serve with chicken.
