Minty Fruit Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

13.25 oz strawberries, hulled, sliced
2 None ruby grapefruit, peeled, segmented
4 slices fresh pineapple, cut into chunks
2 tbsp fresh mint leaves
None None low-fat yogurt, to serve
Preparation
-
Toss strawberries, grapefruit, pineapple and mint together. Set aside for 10 mins.
Divide fruit between serving plates, drizzle with juices and top with yogurt.
