Homemade Lemonade - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 3/4 cups sugar
    1 cup lemon juice
    None None chilled still or sparkling mineral water, to serve
Preparation
    In a saucepan, combine sugar and 2 cups water over low heat. Stir constantly for 3 mins, or until sugar dissolves. Increase heat and boil for 2 mins, without stirring. Remove from heat. Add lemon juice then chill.
    Fill serving glasses with ice. Pour a little lemonade concentrate over top then top with chilled water to serve.
