Ingredients

2 None oranges, halved and sliced thinly
1 None lemon, halved and sliced thinly
1 None lime, halved and sliced thinly
2 1/4 cups sugar
Preparation

Place the fruit and 2 cups water in a 3 to 4 quart microwavable bowl. Cover with plastic wrap. Let stand for at least 30 mins or overnight.
Microwave the fruit, covered, on high power for 15 mins, stirring halfway through cooking, until the peel is very tender.
Stir in the sugar. Microwave, uncovered, on high power for 20 mins or until the marmalade sets when tested. Do not stir. To test, spoon 1 tsp onto a cold plate. If it wrinkles when pushed with a fingertip, it is set.
Pour the marmalade into hot sterilized jars and seal immediately. Store for up to 1 month in the refrigerator or up to 1 year in the freezer.
